How do I post an ad?
Tap “Post” in the bottom bar, choose the category and city, write the description and price, add photos, then publish. The ad title is generated automatically in both languages.
Is registration and posting free?
Yes, creating an account and posting ads is currently free.
How do I sign in?
Enter your Qatari phone number (+974) and you'll receive a one-time code (OTP) by SMS. Enter it to sign in — no password needed.
How many times can I edit my ad?
There is a limit on edits per ad (set by administration, 3 by default), because each edit regenerates the title and translation automatically. The remaining count shows on the edit page.
How long does an ad stay live? How do I renew it?
An ad stays active for a set period, then expires and is hidden from the public. A “Renew” button then appears to reactivate and bump it.
I deleted my ad by mistake — can I restore it?
Yes, within the allowed window (3 days by default) the deleted ad appears in your account under “Deleted (restorable)” with a Restore button. If it expired while deleted, it comes back expired and you can renew it.
How do I contact a seller?
From the ad page you can message the seller in-platform or use the contact channels they enabled (call/WhatsApp/SMS).
How do I report a violating ad?
Use the “Report” button on the ad page and administration will review it. See the Publishing Policy for prohibited content.
Why did my ad disappear?
It may have expired (renew it), been hidden for violating the Publishing Policy, or been deleted. Check your account or contact support.
How do I change my contact methods?
From “My account” you can enable or disable contact channels (call/WhatsApp/SMS); they apply to all your ads.
