Publishing Policy
Publishing on AZqatar is permitted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, public morals and Islamic values. By posting any ad, you accept full responsibility for its content and its compliance with this policy.
Prohibited content
- Alcohol, drugs, controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and similar items.
- Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property and trademarks.
- Pornographic content or anything against public morals and Islamic values.
- Medicines and medical supplies requiring a licence or prescription.
- Animals/birds prohibited from trade and endangered species.
- Anything inciting hatred or religious, political or racial offence.
- Services or goods requiring an official licence you do not hold.
- Gambling, betting and fraudulent or pyramid financial schemes.
- Other people's personal data or any content violating their privacy.
Rules for proper posting
- Information must be true and accurate, with real photos of the item itself.
- Choose the correct category and city; do not duplicate the same ad.
- Do not put contact numbers or links inside the description (removed automatically).
- Stick to the real price and description; no misleading content.
- Respect other users in chats and dealings.
Violations and actions
Administration may hide or remove any ad that violates this policy without prior notice, and ban repeat offenders. Some violations may require notifying the competent authorities in the State of Qatar.
